Brief Information
- Only online mode of applications will be invited.
- One candidate should apply for one post only.
- In case of multiple applications for single post, latest valid complete application will be held for record.
- Candidates seeking age relaxations should submit necessary documents at the time of Interview.

Application Fee
- For SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Intimation charges of Rs. 85 + GST + Transaction Charges.

- Age

- Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/ BE(Civil) from an AICTE recognized institute.
- Minimum 3 years of Post Qualification Experience in planning and execution of multi-storied building projects.
AE (Electrical)
- Age
- Min. 21 Yrs
- Max. 30 Yrs
- as on Date 01.08.2025.
- Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/ BE(Civil) from an AICTE recognized institute.
- Minimum 3 years of Post Qualification Experience in planning and execution of multi-storied building projects.
AAO (Chartered Accountant)
- Age
- Min. 21 Yrs
- Max. 32 Yrs
- as on Date 01.08.2025.
- Educational Qualification
- Graduation
- Should have passed Final Exam of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
- Should be Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
AAO (Company Secretary)
- Age
- Min. 21 Yrs
- Max. 30 Yrs
- as on Date 01.08.2025.
- Educational Qualification
- Graduation
- a Qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI).
AAO (Actuarial)
- Age
- Min. 21 Yrs

- Candidate should have passed at least 6 papers of the examination conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India/ Institute and Faculty of Acturies, UK as on Date 01.08.2025.
AAO (Insurance Specialists)

- Educational Qualification
- Graduation
- Professional Qualification in Life Insurance
- Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India (Life)
- Experience
- 5+ yrs of experience in Life Insurance Companies regulated by IRDAI.
AAO (Legal)
- Age
- Min. 21 Yrs
- Max. 32 Yrs
- as on Date 01.08.2025.
- Educational Qualification
- Graduation in Law with 50% marks / equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/ years.
- For SC/ST and PwBD : Min. 45% in Graduation in Law.
- Post Qualification Experience as on 01.08.2025
- Enrolled with the Bar Council as an Advocate.
- At least two years of Experience.
Reservation in Upper Age Limit
- SC/ST : 5 years
- OBC : 3 years
- PwBD (Gen): 10 years
- PwBD (SC/ST) : 15 years
- PwBD (OBC) : 13 years

Emoluments and Benefits
Basic Pay: Rs. 88,635/- per month in the scale of Rs. 88,635-4385(14)-150,025-4750(4)-169,025 and other admissible allowances.
Total emoluments including House Rent, City Compensatory Allowance etc in Tier 1 city : Rs. 126,000/- per month.
Service Conditions
- AAO(CS): Posting at the offices of the Corporation in Mumbai(only).
- AAO(CA)/(Actuarial): Posting at the offices of the Corporation in Mumbai(majorly) or at other 8 Zonal Offices.
- AAO(Insurance Specialists): Posting for at least 5 years in a Mofussil Branch.
- AAO(Legal): Initial one year posting will be in any branch in India and then in various legal cells.
Request for Allotment or Posting or Transfer
- By Corporation
- Should not be open to challenge before any court or tribunal or other authority. (Except where such action is alleged ti be in contravention of an express statutory provision.
Probation Period
- One Year from the date of Joining.
- May be extended to Two years.
Guarantee Bond
- Min. 4 years of undertaking to serve LIC from the date of joining including probationary period.
- Failing which he/she or his/her heirs , executors, administrators will be liable to pay liquidated damages of Rs. 5,00,000. (Rs. Five Lakh)
- Deed of Indemnity at his/her cost, duly stamped and notarized.
Phases of Examination for Recruitment of AAO(Specialists)- (CA/Com.Sec./Actuarial/Insu. Specialist/Engi.)
Recruitment of AAO (Specialists)(Chartered Accountants/ Company Secretary/ Actuarial/ Insurance Specialists/ Engineering
Phase 1 : Preliminary Exam
- Three Sections.
- Separate timing for each section.
- Negative Marking in Pre. of LIC(AAO-Specialist): 1/4th of the mark assigned to that question.
- No answer marked , No penalty.
- Sectional cutoffs for each sections (Minimum marks for each section)
Phase 2 : Mains Examination
- No negative marking.
- Objective test of 150 marks.
- Descriptive test of 150 marks.
- Both Online.
- Total duration Two hours and Thirty min.
- Objective test with separate timing in each section.
- Descriptive Test via typing on computer.
- Descriptive test will be administered immediately after objective test.
- Candidate must pass each section separately and must obtain minimum marks in aggregate to qualify mains exam.
- English Language paper will be qualifying in nature.
- Descriptive paper evaluated only after qualifying the objective part of Mains Exam.
Phases of Examination For AAO(Legal)
Preliminary Exam for AAO(Legal)
- Objective type.
- Three sections with separate timings.
- Negative marking: 1/4th of Mark assigned to that question.
- Qualification in of the three sections separately.
Phase 2 : Mains Examination
- No negative marking
- 150 marks Objective test and 150 marks for Descriptive test.
- Total duration 2hours 30min.
- Separate timing for Objective Test as per sections.
- Descriptive Test via typing on computer.
- Descriptive test will be administered immediately after objective test.
- Candidate must pass each section separately and must obtain minimum marks in aggregate to qualify mains exam.
- English Language paper will be qualifying in nature.
General Guidelines
- Valid call letter with latest Photo affixed on it.
- Photo Identity Proof
- Photocopy of Identity Proof
Interview
- Marks obtained in the Mains Exam held for shortlisting into Intervies.
- Maximum marks: 60
- Minimum Marks
- For EWS, Unreserved and OBC: 30 Marks
- For SC/ST/PwBD: 27 Marks
Final Merit List
Marks in Mains Exam + Marks in Interview subject to minimum marks in both the examination.
