Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must be a Citizen of India or is a subject of Nepal.
  • Must fulfill all educational qualifications as mentioned above. Please refer Official Notification.
  • Eligibility will be reckoned as on 01.01.2025.
  • For Educational Qualifications and Experience, all are determined on 24.09.2025.

Application Fees and Mode of Payment

  • Rs. 100/-
  • Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwBD/ and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from application fees.
  • Ex-Servicemen who already secured employment in civil side under Central Govt. / Govt. of NCT of Delhi or its Autonomous/ Local Bodies on regular basis by availing benefits of reservation for re-employment are not eligible for fee concession.
  • No refund of Application Fee.

Note : Important Things to Keep in Mind while applying

  • Preference will be given to who have specialized information or knowledge in Cooking/ Carpentry/ Electrician Job/ Driving(with valid Driving License)
  • No rounding of marks at any stage of exam.
  • Final Merit list will be prepared by combining Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Interview) marks.
  • After Preliminary Exam (Tier 1), Merit List will be prepared by DSSSB and will be handed over to Delhi High Court.
  • Interview and further allocation of posts will be done by Delhi High Court.

Minimum Qualification Marks

  • Tier 1 :
    • For Gen. Category: 50%
    • For Reserved Category: 45%
  • Tier 2:
    • No minimum qualification marks.
  • Each MCQ in Tier 1 will carry one mark.

Negative Marking 

  • Each MCQ will carry One Mark and 0.25 will be negative marking for all wrongly attempted questions.

For Candidates with Same Marks and Date of Birth

If there are two or more candidates in the same category are having equal marks in the examination, then

  • Candidate senior in age is to be placed higher in merit.
  • In case where the date of birth(s) are also the same, the candidate whose first name comes first in Alphabetical order (in English) is to be placed higher in merit.

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST : 5 yrs
  • OBC : 03 yrs
  • PwBD + Gen./ EWS : 10 yrs
  • PwBD + SC/ST : 15 yrs
  • PwBD + OBC : 13 yrs
  • Upper Age limit will not be applied to a person already serving on the establishment of the Delhi High Court.
  • Ex-Servicemen Group B(Non -Gazetted) and Group C : Period of Military service + 3 yrs.
  • Disabled Defence Services Personnel (Group C) : Upto 45 yrs ( 50 yrs for SC/ST and 48 yrs for OBC Candidates)

Age Limit

Not Below 18 yrs and over 27 yrs of age as on 01.01.2025. Candidates must have born not earlier than 02.01.1998 and not later than 01.01.2007.

Reference Documents for Age

DoB recorded in the Matriculation / Secondary School Examination Certificate. Age relaxation rules will be regulated as per extant rules for Delhi High Court. Date of Birth will be reckoned on 01.01.2025.
