  • Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering

  • Two years in relevant discipline.

Sr. Asstt.(Accounts)NE-6

• Educational Qualification
  • Graduate in B.Com. with Computer literacy test in MS Office.
• Experience
  • Two years in relevant discipline.

Sr. Asstt.(Official Language)NE-6

• Educational Qualification
  • Masters in Hindi with English as one of the subject at graduation level. or
  • Masters in English with Hindi as one of the subject at graduation level. or
  • Masters in Any of the subjects apart from Hindi or English with Hindi and English as one of the compulsory/ optional subjects at graduation level.
  • Masters in Any of the subjects apart from Hindi or English with Hindi and English as one of the compulsory/ optional subjects or medium of examination at graduation level. If English is medium then Hindi should be the compulsory / optional subject and/or vice versa. or
  • Graduation with Hindi or English as one of the compulsory or optional subjects and any one of both as medium of examination and other as compulsory /optional subject along with Diploma/ Certificate course of Hindi to English or English to Hindi translation or Two years experience of English to Hindi or vice versa at a central or state govt. offices.

Selection Process and Syllabus

Senior Assistant (Electronics)

• Syllabus
  • 70% questions on subjects relating to educational qualifications prescribed for the post
  • 30% on General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, English etc.

Senior Assistant (Finance)

• Syllabus
  • 70% questions on subjects relating to educational qualifications prescribed for the post
  • 30% on General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, English etc.

Senior Assistant (Official Language)

• Syllabus
  • 50% questions on subjects relating to educational qualifications prescribed for the post
  • 50% on General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, English etc.

Minimum Passing Marks

• 50% for UR/EWS/OBC(Non-Creamy Layer)/Ex-Ser.
• 40% for SC/ST Candidates.
• Total marks : 100
• Duration: 2 Hours

Negative Marking

• No Negative marking.

Application Fees

• Rs. 1000/- – To UR, OBC, EWS
• Women/SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman who have successfully completed one year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI, are exempted from fee payment.
• Fee once paid will not be refunded.

General Guidelines

• AAI will not be responsible if candidates are not able to submit their applications on account of last minute rush.
• Print retain print out of Application Form.
• Please do not send hard copies of the application form or any other documents to AAI office.
• Only candidates who are domicile of West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Sikkim States can apply for the above posts.
• Furnishing wrong information/ false information will lead to disqualification.
• Eligibility with respect to Age, Educational Qualification etc. will be determined as on 01.07.2025.
• Original Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC.
• EWS Certificate: Valid for FY 2023-34.
• OBC Certificate: Valid for FY 2023-24.
• Ex-Servicemen: Discharge Certificate Copy.
